Our Attorneys have broad knowledge and experience in handling deceased estates, trusts and related legal matters. Our professional services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Completing and submitting the prescribed documentation to the relevant Master of the High Court to report a deceased estate and obtain the Letters of Executorship or Authority;
  • Assisting the Executor to administer and windup the deceased estate;
  • Drafting and attending to the publication of the prescribed advertisements;
  • Drafting the Liquidation and Distribution Account;
  • Liaising with the Master's office, heirs, and creditors;
  • Control and administration of the Estate Late Bank Account;
  • Attending to payment of heirs and creditors;
  • Drafting trust deeds and submitting same to the relevant Master of the High Court;
  • Drafting deed of amendments for Trusts;
  • Drafting wills and living wills.
